Our stock change daily as we ship hundreds of plants across the U.S. We provide an image true to size and variety.
We have ten business days to ship on all orders. Once your plant is shipped you will receive a tracking number to monitor transit.
Your plant will have branches pruned and leaves trimmed in order to ensure survival during shipping and to promote new growth upon arrival. The roots and some soil will be wrapped in wet paper towels and then sealed in a plastic bag. The plant is then boxed and shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Priority Mail’s service commitments are three to four days due to limited transportation availability.
Your plant will be true to size and variety, alive and healthy upon arrival.
Upon arrival, if you are not satisfied with your plant, please contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for the condition of your plant, once it has been removed from the package. You will have 7 days to ship a return for a full refund.
Your Roses will arrive with some branches pruned and most leaves trimmed in order to ensure survival. It is a complete plant with a root ball, stems, leaves and buds.
Soak newly planted Roses well and then water them 2 to 3 times a week based on the hot weather conditions. Roses like moist conditions but not wet feet – your soil needs good drainage. Soak well in the morning so the leaves can dry in the full sun during the day. Once the Roses are established water them once a week, during the dry and hot summer months at least twice a week.
Your tree will have some branches pruned and leaves trimmed in order to ensure survival during the shipment and to promote new growth upon arrival. It is a complete tree with root ball and branches.
Once your tree arrives, remove the plastic bag and towels from the root ball and submerge the root ball in a bucket of room temperature water for 24 hours. Then plant and soak again 2 to 3 times a week until established.
